Company Introduction:
Changshu Baolijie Knitting Products Co., Ltd. Was established in 2008, located in the famous historic and cultural city-Changshu, Jiangsu, where is the centre of Southeast China. We have more than 12 years′ experience of manufacturing and 10 years′ experience of importing&exporting.
Our company now covers an area of 6, 000 square meters including both manufacturing and office, we have another new 20, 000 square meters′ integrated facility under construction shall be accomplished and come to use in 2021. We own employees over 150 people.
Our 5 production lines include 2 yarn doubling lines, 1 knitting&weaving line, 2 sewing&stitching finishing lines. Two doubling lines equip 6 sets of automatic spinning&doubling machines; The knitting&weaving line equips 50 knitting&weaving machines; Two sewing&stitiching finishing lines equip 60 sewing&stitching machines. And our QC team was built with more than 30 people who are checking our products one by one.
Our annual capacity of microfiber fabric is 1, 000 tons, microfiber mop pad is 5, 000, 000 pieces, microfiber cleaning cloth/towel is 20, 000, 000 pieces, microfiber car cleaning product is 5, 000, 000 pieces, microfiber pet product is 2, 000, 000 pieces. And other products 2, 000, 000pieces or sets. Among them 60% is international sale, 40% is domestic sale.
Our partners and customers are from all over the world such as Europe, Northern&Southern America, Southeast Asia, South Korea, Japan, Russia and so on.
Our service contains OEM, supply chain, one-stop exporting.
